Debutant director Satya’s Vamsi Krishna-Kaveri Jha starrer Ooha Chitram, produced by K. Paidibabu under the banner of Likhit Arts, has been cleared with a ‘U’ certificate.
“It is a romantic thriller with family sentiments. After I produced Mangatayaru Tiffin Centre, I thought of doing a different film with a variety subject. I listened to many stories and Satya narrated this story. I was very impressed and thrilled while listening itself. I thought of encouraging him and agreed to make film under his direction,” producer K. Paidibabu said.
The audio, composed by debutant Siva R. Nandigama, was released at a function in Taj Banjara, Hyderabad recently and has already become a mega hit. In the cast are Jeeva, Surya, Bablu, Sridhar, Vijay, Sudheer, and Delhi Rajeswari.
Dialogues are by Surendra Krishna; photography is by V.S. Sureshkumar; S.V. Mouli is the art director; editing is by Ramesh. The film is expected to hit screens soon
Shooting formalities are complete for Ooha Chitram produced by K Paidibabu under the banner of Likhit Arts introducing Satya as director with Vamsikrishna and Kaveri Jha in the lead. Presently the film is busy in DTS mixing works.
Producer says, “We are planning to launch the audio on April 12.”
Director says, “Our film is a romantic thriller with city backdrop. Vamsikrishna is playing a solo hero for the first time and Kaveri Jha is doing a role which has good scope for performance besides glamour. There are several elements that can attract the youth and family audiences. We have invited several prominent film personalities for the audio release function to be held at Taj Banjara Hotel in Hyderabad. We are sure that the audio as well as the film would be a big hit.”
Jeeva, Surya, Bablu, Sridhar, Vijay, Sudhir, Delhi Rajeswari and others are in the cast. Dialogues are by Surendra Krishna, music is by Siva R Nandigam, camera is by VN Suresh Kumar, while Dr Peda Veerraju is the presenter.
