Kisaan”, all things are clear from the name. Kisaan is the Hindi word of farmer, English word. The movie is all about on the characters of Kisaan. It is full of drama, enjoyment and collection of Indian farmer’s life dynamics. From my point of view, 1st time a Bollywood movie is coming with the glory of Kisaan’s labour. It is the story of those farmers who ploughs the fields and serves foods to millions of people. It is the story of Punjab. It leads idealistic concept also. Director of the movie is Puneet Sira. Story of Kisaan movie doesn’t show a positive life of village in the end of the movie. In the end of the movie director forced to re-think Kisaan life that they are living. Kisaan has introduced main casts to the audience – Jackie Shroff, Sohil Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Dia Mirza and Nauheed Cyrusi. The movie has raised many questions ideally – mother land, farmer’s life, Kisaan labours etc. Kisaan movie releases on 17 July, 2009.

Dayal Singh (Jackie Shroff) a widower, is a farmer taking care of his ancestral lands and he raises two different sons 'Aman'(Arbaaz Khan) & 'Jigar (Sohail Khan)
Aman is expected to become a city based lawyer while Jigar is by his father`s side helping him in agriculture.
Sohan Seth (Dalip Tahil) a businessmen, convinces many farmers to sell their agricultural lands for his commercial interest and the two sons of 'Dayal Singh' has a different views about their agricultural lands and would like to know that the ground at their feet, is it Motherland or simply Property?
How does the struggle between the two brothers and land end up?
