Review

After long time after the release of the movie Gaalipata, Munagaru Male fame director Yogaraj Bhat has released his third movie Manasaare (Manasare), which features Diganth and Andrita Ray (Aindrita Ray) in the leads. Musician Mano Murthy and lyricist Jayant Kaikini have once again joined hands with the director for the movie.

The movie Manasaare is a family entertainer, which revolves around psychological factors like love and madness. The movie is based on Garcia Gabriel's novel 'Ward No. 9'. The director has weaved a beautifully script by mixing comedy with love. He has even got good grip over the narration.

The highlights of the movie Manasaare are Diganth-Andrith Ray's performance, Mano Murthy's music, Sathya Hegde's camera work, Yogaraj Bhat's dialogues. Although Yogaraj Bhat has tried a lot to get rid of the traces of Munagaru Male and Gaalipata in the movie Manasaare, many of his dialogues remind us of his previous movies.
The first half of the movie is full of comedy and the second half is bit serious and sentimental. The director has failed to convince what he exactly wants to say. In the second, he seems to have stumbled because the movie is confusing with neither comedy nor sentimental.

The hero of the movie is an irresponsible guy, who speaks continuously. Unfortunately, the staff of mental hospital mistake him to be a mad guy and admit him to the mental hospital. He tries to convince other mad patients that he is not an insane, but in vein. Once he comes across a mad girl when he is trying to escape from the hospital. He is infatuated by her and he drops the idea of escaping. What happens next will form the rest of the story.

Director Yogaraj Bhat has made a wise decision in selecting artistes and technician for the movie Manasaare. He is also successful in tapping out wonderful acting in learners like Diganth and Andrita Ray. Diganth has improved his acting a lot when compared to his previous movies. He seems to have aped the dialogue delivery style of Ganesh. Andrita also rocks the audiences. Her appearance speaks more than her words.
Mano Murthy's music is another hero of the movie. The audio of the movie Manasaare has already won the heart of music lovers. The song 'Ello Maleyagide Indu...', which is sung by Sonu Nigam, will no doubt become another 'Anisuthide Yaako Indu...' Other songs like 'Naa Naguva Modalene...' and Kanna Hani are also haunt the listeners.
Over all, the movie Manasaare is a comic-love story. The Hubli- Dharwad Kannada dialect is the highlight of the comic show. Movie Manasaare has got all the qualities to become another Mungaru Male in Kannada. It is a must-watch movie

Junglee girl wooing hearts in Manasare

Fluttering eyelashes, coy smile and nimble gait- purrrr, we are referring to the Junglee cat- Andy Ray. Aindrita Ray transformed overnight from the ‘girl-next-door’ in Meravanige to glamour goddess in Junglee. The paw-some and vivacious Andy maintains that she endears the bubbly cute-girl image.

Satya Hegde’s camera in Yograj Bhatt’s to be released Manasare captures Andy’s dishy looks again. Set against another Sandal cutie-Diganth, the Jodi look tempered with a loot of spice and sizzle. At least the pictures spell the sizzle that is in store (not mentioning Diganth’s attempts to keep ‘cool’). Manasare holds promise for this Bong beauty who strongly believes in her gumption that the glam quotient will be gradually replaced by chunk roles.
Aindrita Ray - Manasare

Rumor mills wind that Andy plays a mentally retarded girl in Manasare. It is probably the first time Andy gets a scoop for the Sridevi-like role played in Sadma. Role or Reel, nothing stops the cameras from revealing the glam shades of this diva whenever it can. Only time can tell, till then, it’s the luscious looking Aindrita for you, in her pristine white outfit, perfect peaches and cream complexion and an irresistible saccharine coated smile.

Studying to be a dentist, wonder how this nineteen year old would manage movies alongside peeping down smelly gums? Let me screech a brake on your thoughts, if you are thinking of lining up appointments for Andy’s dental chair. This damsel is serious about hanging around the industry as long as she can, even if it means some more of skimpy clothing. So for now, it’s the camera over the chair!
