This movie has a great atmosphere and a great actress in the leading role. Anna Mouglalis is unbelievable. I believe that her character and the prospect that the director wants to show should be a lesson for every woman that wants to be independent in our days. I would also like to comment the respect and kindness among the members of the Russian family. The film admits that Russians are strongly related to art and education. Even ordinary people appreciate the value of arts, particularly music, as it's shown in the film. On the other hand we can see a love story between two different people, a family man and a woman that she has only one goal: to live her every moment as it was her last. She doesn't care about moralities and relationships as Igor. Coco and Igor move aside their beliefs and cultures and let their passions to guide them. If the nineteenth century gave us the best social utopias, it also gave us the most developed idea of individuality. The sacred individuality (Durkheim) is not just a metaphor, but something to die for (Heinich). Stravinsky and Chanel are entering the twentieth century affirming the supremacy of their individualities. Stravinky's notes send us straight to an unresting subjectivity. No more lakes with swans, or marvelous epic narratives, but a strong voice evoking one's darkest secrets and turmoil. Stravinsky's wife, Katia, belongs to a pre-modern world. Her praying and her religious loyalty to her husband guide her resignation. It is certainly annoying for us, impatient inhabitants of the XXI century. Igor's success is her success. For Coco, his success is the affirmation of the possibility of supreme geniality, power, originality, uniqueness. Like a rare perfume, Coco needed to belong to such nobility. Disruption seems certain when Coco is deeply disappointed: she does not earn recognition from her Igor.
However, this conflict yields an aftermath - a situation where conflict is in the open, but too much is at stake for a premature disruption. Bollywood Movie Dulha Mil Gaya Music PReview : Dulha Mil Gaya is a forthcoming Bollywood film directed by Mudassar Aziz starring Shah Rukh Khan and Sushmita Sen in pivotal roles. It marks their first return as couple since Main Hoon Na. It is slated to be released in Summer 2009. Sushmita Sen plays the ‘queen of oomph’ while Fardeen Khan plays the ‘prince of confusion’ in the upcoming matrimonial comedy titled Dulha Mil Gaya. Bollywood Movie Dulha Mil Gaya Music Review : The album opens with Akela dil sung by Anushka and Adnan Sami, both wasted in the tuneless, wannabe hip-hop track that goes on forever. Everything in the song seems forced! The incessant clapping, guitar tunes and ‘nanana’ get on your nerves. Aaja mera ranjhana is your typical 90s wedding song. You can even imagine the red and gold costumes everyone will wear and their dance moves. It brings back memories of Saajan ji ghar aaye from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Listen to that instead. Dulha mil gaya has shades of Mar jaani and is a watered-down version of that song. If you were wondering where Daler Mehndi was all along, he is back and infuses an unmatched energy into this song. It is catchy and can become quite popular especially because of the wedding season. It isn’t a memorable track, however! Dilrubaon ke jalwe is a qawalli and an attempt to recreate SRK and Sush’s chemistry from Tumse milke from Main Hoon Na. You don’t want to stick around till it is over.

She is a beautiful lady but I had to coax her to do the stunt with Ajay It was just a single shot and was not very difficult but I could see fear in her eyes. She is not comfortable with it like Julia Roberts who does not like action at all. Julia had this fear of heights and I had to go slow with her. It took her a while to get used to it" Jack tells us.

Police Quarters Kannada Music Review :
Police Quarters- if the name stands out different, the music sticks out starkly as a sore thumb or should I say sore (h)ears. Music composer James Vasantham’s foray into Sandalwood is disaster spelt in capitals. Except for Bisiyada Suddi, the rest of the album is hear- at-your-own-risk. Doddavarella Jaanaralla: (Srinivasan, Padmanabhan, Bellie Raj): Doddavarella Jaanaralla, chickavarella konaralla….. sounds more like a rusted crime. Sorry lifted rhyme, sorry again- rusted rhyme. The monotonous ranting can leave you reeling.
Bisiyada Suddi: (Chinmayi): Soothingly yours, Bisiyada Suddi twirls delightfully to Kaikini’s expert pen, reminiscence of ebbing moonlight tides. A star in the album, this Bisiyada Suddi in Chinmayi’s melodious voice is a sure winner. Aaha Oho Nakshatra: (Rajesh Krishnan, Venkat Sham Sundar): No, this Nakshatra number gets no stars. Rajesh Krishnan sings along to the drab tunes of Manohar as if tied down to a lost cause. Banu Bumi Seridha: (Rajesh Krishnan, Hari Priya): Rajesh Krishnan’s lost cause is found in Banu Bumi Seridha- a number that can make the sun sink into the depths of mother Earth with no chance of resurrection whatsoever. The lines don’t help and the tunes are even helpless. Pity the plight of ears!

City Island Hollywood movie Review : Honestly, I'm not a huge Andy Garcia fan. Some of his personal right wing political statements have turned me off and I usually find Andy Garcia (as an actor) playing Andy Garcia. But in City Island, wow. I guess this is what you would call a command performance. He's extremely believable and lovable as a sort of dim-witted (in a Rocky Balboa sort of way) prison guard who secretly takes acting classes and develops a friendship with a young woman while also adopting a convicted felon who just so happens to be his secret long lost son, while trying to keep all of these life's complications from his tough Bronx wife. The sub-plots involving his daughter being a stripper and his son having a fetish for overweight women are admittedly a little bizarre, but Andy Garcia's performance as the gentle soul just trying to do right in the world keeps this WoodyAllenesque soap opera entertaining as all hell. I think this is the only Andy Garcia movie that I ever really liked, and I have to admit it even brought a tear to my eye. I don't know if City Island will ever get the credit it deserves, but in my opinion Andy Garcia's performance in City Island is the stuff that Oscars are made of. Just saw this movie, and I think it's very good. It's started in the middle of some middle-class family, where nothing ever happened. Father has no education, wife is a office worker, and two boring children. But few minutes later I just can't stop. Father somehow became actor, his wife try to cheat on him with his unknown son, and children is no better than parents.
Characters are true, and I almost knew some of them in real life. They fun or sad, good or bad, they motivation is understandable and I wanted them to be happy. And they learned self and each other and them gave ,e good receipt to make my life happier - talk to each another. I just came back from the world premiere at FrightFest in London, it was the festival opener as well so expectations were high and it didn't disappoint! Much better than Creep and Severance, this isChristopher Smith 's most ambitious film. A mind-bending story that is as puzzling as it is original, Triangle is more a mystery than a horror movie in my opinion. Gorehounds will be sorely disappointed. This is more about a situation which becomes more and more surreal, almost dream-like, I thought during the film that I've had similar nightmares as a kid... nightmares going around in circles and getting more and more frightening because I knew when or how the monster would inevitably come back... The plot (no spoilers): after their yacht is overturned during a freak storm, a group of friends are desperate for help. A cruise ship suddenly appears and they see a figure looking down at them from the bridge for a few seconds. They climb on board but there is no crew, no passengers, nothing. Saying anything more would be ruining the movie, so I'll stop here.
After the movie ended in a round of applause, Christopher Smith said that it took him 2 years to write the script, and in the end it's not surprising as this is a very complex plot and to make all the pieces fall into place must have been a daunting task! Good acting by Melissa George and the rest of the cast, but her haunting performance takes center stage very quickly as the movie goes on a WTF / Twilight Zone-ish mode. All in all I recommend it, I really enjoyed it and it kept me guessing the whole time so if you like unconventional, mind-f*** movies, this is one for you! Samson and Delilah is a film that all Australians should see. It is confronting and disturbing: poverty, unemployment, petrol sniffing, violence, clashes within aboriginal communities and with so-called mainstream society. Nevertheless in keeping with the optimism of its writer/director Warwick Thornton, it offers some hope.
Warwick Thornton told Real Time magazine that: "I'm one of the biggest romantics in the world and, from day one, these two kids had to live. That was the most important thing. It would have been quite easy for them to die and that's just wrong, that is so wrong. I couldn't live with myself as a writer. I need them to live for me as a human being, to feel stronger." This is a very personal story about teenage love, more Romeo and Juliet if anything. The one bit of good fortune they have is that they are the right skins for marriage. The hair-cutting connection to the biblical story of Samson and Delilah is based in an ancient aboriginal custom. Their courtship and bonding are unique, as Samson doesn't speak. Traditional communication such as sign and body language are a necessity. This drama cannot be divorced from its social and political context. The seeming hopelessness and helplessness of remote aboriginal communities like this one screams out for not just understanding but some way forward. Some will not be happy with the solution presented here as it involves traditional homelands, demonised by some Australian commentators as "cultural museums" that offer little positive for the future. Samson lives out the despair of many young men caught in this cultural chaos. Their lives revolve around western music and fading attempts to maintain traditional connections to land and family. Chronic boredom and lack of purpose exacerbate the aimlessness. Delilah spends her time supporting the only functioning member of her family who is around, her Nana (Mitjili Napanangka Gibson). When the inevitable happens the pay back aunts follow ritual in punishing her but offer little other help to this 14 year old. Their escape to Alice Springs reflects the everyday life of many aborigines who have looked to towns for some solution. We see the exploitation of indigenous artists, local hostility to the homeless, the massive gulf between tourists and the people they have come to see. Gonzo, played by Warwick's brother Scott Thornton, is a riverbed refugee who finds solace in cask wine and his own songs. He is their sole support in Alice. When he looks to religion for his salvation, they do not follow this well-trodden path. Thornton brings out the best in his inexperienced cast. The performances of relative newcomers such Marissa Gibson Rowan MacNamara are remarkable.
