Tenerife will look to finally end their miserable away record and in the process boost their hopes of Primera Division survival when they travel to inconsistent Malaga.
With only 10 league fixtures remaining, the Canary Islanders have still not managed to win away from home in the league this term and have picked up just two points on the road all season.
Despite that shocking record in their first campaign back in the top flight, Jose Luis Oltra's men still have a decent chance of securing survival and a second successive campaign at the highest level.
Tenerife currently sit in the bottom three, but are only two points adrift of 17th-placed Real Zaragoza ahead of tomorrow's match at Malaga - who are only six points better off themselves.
A win for the Canary Islanders could even see them move out of the relegation zone, with Zaragoza facing a tough clash at home to in-form Valencia later on in the evening.
Oltra believes his side have a great chance of avoiding the drop.
"We are more alive than ever. We feel strong and we are raring to go,'' he said.
"The team will never give in and we will go out, as always, in search of the victory in a game of life or death.''
The Tenerife coach hopes his team can bring an end to their dismal away form with a first win on the road tomorrow.
"We have to play as if we were at home and take that step forward in terms of attitude and mentality,'' he said.
Defenders Marc Bertran and Jose Antonio Culebras had been expected to miss this match through injury, but both trained normally today and have been declared fit for Saturday's clash.
That means Oltra will have the luxury of a full-strength squad to choose from in what is a very important match.
Malaga are back in the relegation picture as well following some inconsistent results in the last few weeks.
The Andalusians spent much of the early part of the season in the bottom three, but looked to be cruising to Primera Division safety after an impressive run in which they lost just one match in 14.
