Veetilekkulla Vazhi is about a Doctor of a Jail who had an awful experience with the act of terrorism. A child was left alone in the prison in New Delhi just after its birth. Doctor could recognize that father of this child is the terrorist who made them victims. He decided to rescue the child and hand it over to father. There he started his journey in search of the child's father Razak. Razak's birthplace was somewhere in Tamil Nadu. But he based Mumbai for his militancy work .

The writer-director focuses his camera on terrorism which slowly takes root in Kerala.
The film has been shot at authentic locations in places such as Ladakh, Kashmir, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Bikkamkur, Ajmer and New Delhi. The breadth and intensity of the film could be a novel experience for Malayalis. The film narrates the story of terrorist organisations who operate in the dark in Kerala, recruit young men and train them to be suicide bombers in Kashmir.
Prithviraj plays the lead; the cast of the film includes Indrajith, Dhanya Mary Varghese and Lakhsmi Priya. M J Radhakrishnan is the cameraman and Ramesh Narayanan is in charge of music
