Facebook launched embedded Live video streams on Friday meant to keep users updated on what’s happening at the facebook.Facebook live is powered by Livestream.com, will feature videos from Facebook staff and is not meant as a platform for Facebook users to showcase their own videos .
Many types of embeds are available like the Player widget, the Video Library widget and the Chat widget. Users will also be able to share videos on Twitter, Google Buzz, MySpace, Delicious, Digg and via email with special sharing buttons.It will include an “Ask a Question” feature, which will let the viewers submit questions to a moderator.According to Zuckerberg Facebook Marketing Manager , the Facebook Live channel will probably have one or two chats a week at first, but it could adjust do more or less in the future, based on user feedback
