Bharat Bandh on July 5 >> Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) against price rise

Bharat Bandh on July 5 called by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) against price rise and announced for a 24-hour nationwide shutdown (Bharat Bandh). “In order to protest against this unjustified hike in petroleum prices and the total ineptitude of UPA Government to address this problem, BJP President Nitin Gadkari has given a call for a Bharat Bandh on 5th July,”

“Gadkari has appealed to all well-meaning individuals and organizations to support this call and voice the agony and suffering of common people in a peaceful and democratic manner. Gadkari appealed all the organizations and people who are opposing the unhealthy and wrong economic policies of Congress Government, to support the Bharat Bandh, and express concern against the Mehangai-Price Rise,”
