Movie Plot
This documentary takes a fascinating look at the underground anti-consumerist metal scene that gained popularity in Norway in the 1990s. Led by the messages of bands from the black metal scene, members of the movement eventually followed alleged leader Varg Vikernes to commit such violent acts as burning churches all over the country. Encouraged by fabricated accounts of outlandish and even supernatural activity, members of the movement eventually turned fiction into reality, creating a firestorm of controversy and bringing the stuff of urban legends into the history books Watch online Movie Trailer free Until the Light Takes Us English Hollywood film. The film Producer by Audrey Ewell, Aaron Aites .

Until the Light Takes Us Hollywood Movie Review:

If you're a heavy metal fan, you're probably fascinated by the Norwegian branch of the movement and its social and musical mayhem. In Norway, heavy metal musicians stand accused of murdering fans and each other, and of burning churches to the ground in acts of pagan or satanic savagery.

Directors Audrey Ewell and Aaron Aites spent two years in Norway -- more specifically in Oslo and Bergen -- to follow the most famous and controversial members of Norway's heavy metal crew, and approach the movement and music from the perspective of those who make the music and live the lifestyle.
Until the Light Takes Us tracks the deafening sounds and shocking anti-social behavior of the clan who stand against their country's behavioral norms and cultural traditions.
Featured in the film, Gylve "Fenriz" Nagell, Varg Vikernes, Jan Axel "Hellhammer" Blomberg, Kjetil "Frost" Haraldstad, Ivar Bjornson, Abbath and Demonaz Doom Occulta, Kris "Garm" Rygg, Bjarne Melgaard and other heavy metal heavies speak out about their mores and aesthetics. Their comments are direct and brashly negative about virtually everything.

Underlying the impressions and information that are presented through the director's observational style are questions about the point at which the heavy metal style, which expresses the nihilistic attitude of musicians and fans, leads to actual physical acts of violence against other people and social institutions. The film presents the answers to those questions from the musicians's points of view, but it's never quite clear whether the documentary is intended to be a niche-oriented expression for heavy metal fans or an expose that reveals the roots of the metal movement's relationship to Norwegian society at large. Still, the archival footage is interesting and the interviews are engaging.

I saw a hilarious, sweet and a little sad film last night, Passport to Love, aka Chuyện Tình Xa Xứ. The writer and director is a Vietnamese-American named Victor Vu. The film was in Vietnamese with English subtitles, and takes place in the present day Saigon and Southern California.

The central characters are Khang, a spoiled playboy son of a business tycoon, and Hieu, the studious and serious devoted son. Khang and Hieu go to SoCal to study and the experience changes both. Khang falls in love with the sexy Viet-American policewoman when she saves his life, then books him for DUI. His father cuts off his funding and he gets a menial job to support himself and win the policewoman’s respect. Khang is hysterical, always mugging for the camera and stealing scenes with his over-the-top shennanigans.

Gentlemen Broncos Synopsis :

The story follows sixteen year old Benjamin Purvis, who attends a conference for aspiring teenaged fantasy writers, and his opus 'Yeast Lords' is shamelessly plagiarized by veteran, desperate, written-out fantasy novelist Ronald Chevalier.
Benjamin (Michael Angarano), home-schooled by his eccentric mother (Jennifer Coolidge), is a loveable loner whose passion for writing leads him on an offbeat and hilarious journey as his story first gets ripped off by the legendary fantasy novelist, Ronald Chevalier (Jemaine Clement) and then is adapted into a disastrous movie by the small town’s most prolific homespun filmmaker.Watch online Movie Trailer free Gentlemen Broncos Hollywood film. The film Directed by Jared Hess .

Gentlemen Broncos is a 2009 comedy film written by Jared and Jerusha Hess, and directed by Jared Hess. The film stars Michael Angarano, Jemaine Clement, Sam Rockwell and Jennifer Coolidge. Gentlemen Broncos is scheduled to be released theatrically on October 30, 2009.

Production
In December 2007, JoBlo.com reported that Jared and Jerusha Hess had signed with Fox Searchlight Pictures to produce Gentlemen Broncos, based on a spec script they had written. The deal called for Jared Hess to direct and Mike White, who co-wrote Nacho Libre with them, to produce. Filming began in March 2008 in Utah.[1] In early August 2008, work on an Internet viral marketing began, which had a video introducing the character of Ronald Chevalier.[4] A second video was released in October 2008.[5] The artwork in the opening credits is by acclaimed fantasy and science fiction artist David Lee Anderson

Gentlemen Broncos Hollywood Movie Review:

You will of course remember Jared Hess for NAPOLEON DYNAMITE and his less remembered sophomore effort NACHO LIBRE. Well here he strikes gold. I want to immediately get something out of the way and admit I was not a fan ofNAPOLEON DYNAMITE. However, I enjoyed GENTLEMEN BRONCOS so much I really am considering giving it another shot. Judging this film on its own merits, though, it is clear that Hess has created a film that maintains his beyond-quirky characters while striking a rapport with the audience and creating a contrary set of expectations. We are not just laughing at the antics on-screen, but we’re also engaging in their bizarre universe(s). What I find so inane about my writing that line is that Hess does everything he can to disengage the audience from any vehicle of emotional weight that the film had the possibility of piloting.
If you watch the trailer for GENTLEMEN BRONCOS, you have a good two-thirds of the plot in your mind-pocket before you set foot into the theater. There is a final component: the previously mentioned third version of Benjamin’s story and the central, female character (Halley Feiffer) in that subplot. Like all other relationships in the film, it is a skeleton of stereotypes we have come to expect from young love interests that never fleshes out and, frankly, is never resolved. Additionally, very little pretext is added by way of Benjamin’s history. We know, or think we know, that he adores his bearded father and he puts up withhis mother with a certain degree of love but we don’t know to what degree either relationship drives his choices. Nor does it matter by the time the film finishes.
If you stopped reading after the above paragraph, you will be leaving thinking this is a negative review. However, it was all just a setup. This movie is hilarious and extremely fun and very good. What Hess has done here is created a film that takes all of those familiar plot threads and relationships and removes the boring parts so that the core story (boy versus hero) can move along at breakneck pace. While it most certainly prevents any sort of emotional attachment, the film establishes early on that this is not one of its goals. Benjamin remains stoic and uninterested in joining in on the quirky behavior of every character around him.

She plans to commit suicide but is stopped from doing so. Like it's obvious because if heroine dies right at the start how would the story move on? And now the story goes forward in flashback.

Madhubala Telugu Movie Review :
In one word-Crass! Here's one film that evokes the worst kind of expletives from an exasperated viewer gawking at the terribly crass and trashy attempt at taking or rather raking up the age-old story of the casting couch.

First, who's interested in casting couch stories any more? And unlike a Mahesh Bhatt (sorry Mister Bhatt, to bring you into the review of Madhubaala, of all films!) who is known for extremely timely adaptations of current news as films to make them contemporary and interesting, with Kalyug being a good example, director Yadav of Madhubaala seems to have woken up far too long after the event. The event being the controversy that aspiring starlet Preeti dragged top and National Award winning director Madhur Bhandarkar into, so long back.

There's no denying the parallels - they stare you in the face. A National Award winning director, who's risen to fame and won the award because of a film based on women's issues, actually misleads and emotionally entraps a generally reluctant young aspiring actress, successfully coercing her to yield to his physical advances, and then keeps using her by leading her on with promises of casting her in his next film, and then the next. That line ring any bells? At least from unproven accusations of a real life actress? Watch online Movie Trailer free Madhubala Tollywood Telugu Indian film. The film Directed by Shivram Yadav.

14 Blades Chinese Movie Synopsis :

During the Ming Dynasty, the Emperor of China possessed one weapon greater than all others, the Imperial Guards, an elite force of assassins recruited from street orphans. Trained in clandestine combat from childhood, the Imperial Guards were masters of the 14 Blades, eight being for torture, five for killing and the last blade reserved for suicide when a mission failed. Above the law, with a license to kill, the Imperial Guards devoted their lives to the service of the Emperor alone. When the Imperial Court is taken over by evil eunuch Jia, the best of the Imperial Guards, Qinglong (Yen) and Xuanwu, are assigned to steal a list identifying those still loyal to the Emperor.

However unbeknownst to Qinglong, the Imperial Guards have fallen under the control of Jia, and during the mission Qinglong is betrayed by Xuanwu. Now as the most wanted man in the land, Qinglong must seek out and rally the loyalists to rise against Jia and restore the Emperor to power.

In 14 BLADES, Yen is part of an elite team of Imperial Guards, who grows weary of killing and politics so he resigns. Yet he knows too much about their organization to simply walk away and becomes a target of his former comrades who are now under the command of scheming court officials.

Other cast members feature a mix of new and veteran entertainers. Sadly, all of the young stars featured are idols rather than dedicated martial artists. Wu Chun is a member of Taiwanese boy band Fahrenheit and has starred in several TV series. Qi Yuwu is a former Star Search China winner from Singapore who previously starred in Lee’s TV series MASTER SWORDSMAN LU XIAO FENG (2001).

Now when it comes to the veterans, Lee picked some of the best. Legendary action director and martial arts actor Sammo Hung appears, along with one of the best-trained stars to ever headline Shaw Brothers movies, the great Chen Kuan-tai (THE BOXER FROM SHANTUNG). There is also mainland wushu champion Xu Xiang-dong, who caught my eye after tangling with Yuen Biao in the excellent TV series WING CHUN. Other veteran actors appearing include Wu Ma, Damian Lau and Law Kar-ying.

The Film Sriker Story:
Set in a Mumbai ghetto in the mid ’80’s and based on true life accounts, Striker is a story of triumph of human spirit over indomitable odds.
Born into a poor family, Surya grows up with few luxuries. Poor health keeps him away from school often and that is when his elder brother, Chandrakant, introduces him to carrom.
Quite similar to pool in its concept, carrom is common among people from middle and lower income groups all over India. Precision and skill are vital to playing the game well; attitude and confidence are crucial to win. The underground carrom scene has been breeding hustlers and gamblers for many years.
Winning the Junior Carrom Championship at 12 is not enough to keep Surya’s fire for the sport burning through adolescence. Hopes for a job in Dubai, replaces the passion forcarrom as Surya grows into a young man.
Duped by a bogus overseas employment agency, Surya loses all his hard earned money he had saved for going to Dubai. Surya is forced to cross paths with Jaleel.
Since the 70’s when the settlements in the ghetto began, Jaleel had acquired a strong hold in the area. He had his hands in every illicit activity since then. Feeding on the weaknesses of people, Jaleel was the self-proclaimed king of Malwani.
Reintroduced to Carrom by his childhood friend Zaid, this time to the hustling scene, Surya starts playing again. Being gypped of his hand earnedmoney by the same man who had caused misery for many families; Surya decides to take on Jaleel on his turf.
His patience and cool attitude are Surya’s biggest strengths. But life has ways of testing even the strong.
Striker is not a film about good versus evil. It is the story of a friendship, life in the city of dreams in the 80’s, a story of a game that is most common but non-existent. A story of a Carrom player who grows up on the fringes of a criminal existence but does not succumb to it.

Previews The Film Striker:
Striker has 8 songs with 8 different composers. The album boasts of talent like Vishal Bhardwaj, Blaaze, Amit Trivedi and Gulzar, among others. Actor Siddharth is the producer of the album and has sung too. The lyrics are tongue-in-cheek and insightful. So, be prepared for some eclectic variety. Striker has something for everyone. Cham Cham is easily an instant favourite, while the other songs might take a while to grow on you. But Striker is a ‘soundtrack’ in every sense of the word and an album for keeps. You will want to listen to it several times over. It is something people will talk about after seeing the film. All the songs capture the spirit and diverse facets of Bombay.

Universal Soldier: A New Beginning Hollywood Movie Plot Summary

When terrorists threaten nuclear catastrophe, the world's only hope is to reactivate decommissioned Universal Soldier Luc Deveraux. Rearmed and reprogrammed, Deveraux must take on his nemesis from the original Universal Soldier and a next-generation "UniSol".

With stolen top-secret technology, terrorists have created a next-generation Universal Soldier - an elite fighter genetically altered into a programmable killing machine. With this "UniSol" (Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Andrei "The Pit Bull" Arlovski) leading the way, they seize the crippled Chernobyl nuclear reactor, threatening to unleash a lethal radioactive cloud. The only one who can stop them is Luc Deveraux (Jean-Claude Van Damme), a UniSol who's been decommissioned for years. Reactivated and retrained, Deveraux must make a full-out assault on the heavily armed fortress. But inside, he'll discover not one but two of these virtually indestructible warriors. Andrew Scott (Dolph Lundgren), Deveraux's vicious UniSol enemy from the original Universal Soldier, has been secretly reanimated and upgraded. Now, these elite fighters are locked, loaded and programmed to kill; and the fate of millions hinges on this high-action showdown.

User Movie Revies
I really really did not want to see this movie, but boy am I glad I did. It was very well directed, well acted (for the most part), and well shot. I would have gladly paid 10 bucks to see this on the big screen. The problem is I (and most people) didn't know it until after we had seen it. After the god awful sequels I thought this outing would be the same garbage. John Hyams created a much darker bleak Universal Soldier that out shines the first installment. He has a very bright career ahead of him. The world he created in this film has the same look and feel as Terminator Salvation did.

In fact this film is as good if not better than T4. Mainly because it had nothing to live up to. All the fight scenes were top notch, and graphically violent (which is a good thing). Even Dolph Lundgren was interesting. And near the end of the film there is a shot, of JVCD standing in front of a doorway looking at the kids that are his mission, that is just amazing. If you do not like action films you won't have any fun, but if you do your in for a real treat. You can give it a rent, or the better option would be to buy it on blu-ray. It's just a shame we can't see it on the big screen. Because after all these years JVCD finally has an action film thats worthy of it.
